Job Description
An organization with expertise in the fabrication and transformation of aluminum products, drawn tubing and extrusions is looking for a Maintenance Technician for their Winton, North Carolina location. The Vice President is former military and looking to add talent to their Maintenance Team. They have some retirements coming up and want to add someone looking for long career growth. They need to hire Maintenance Technicians to keep their systems up and running.
In this role you will you conduct preventative/corrective maintenance on the plant's extrusion and forming machines. This is an opportunity to build on your electrical skillsets and learn in the private sector. They are looking for someone with a strong electrical foundation and they want to teach candidates PLC troubleshooting. Growth opportunities exist to move into other leadership roles down the road.
Compensation for this role is $25 - $28/hour plus overtime and great benefits and a 401k. They have openings on both day shift (5 am - 3pm) and nights. Very low cost of living area.
