You will start off your career by utilizing your mechanical skill sets to serve as a maintenance technician, but the growth potential into roles of leadership and more are yours for the taking. This organization produces medical/surgical supplies, pharmaceutical supplies, diagnostic equipment, and personal care products. Your normal day to day activities will include conducting preventative maintenance, installing, and decommissioning machines as needed, repair broken parts, and work as a team to keep production going.

Maintenance Tech II $28 - $31/hour (Mechanical)
Maintenance Tech III $30.50 - $33/hour (Mechanical/Electrical)
Maintenance Tech IV $32.50 - $35.50/hour (Advanced Electrical)

Shift is 12 hours on nights to start when there is a day shift opening you can switch (4 days on 3 nights off and then rotate to 3 days on 4 nights off ensuring you get every other weekend off as well.) This shift enables you to only work 14 days a month, allowing for plenty of time off for a work/life balance.
You will be hired for day shift work Monday through Friday 7am to 330pm for the first 6 months until you are fully trained on the machinery to go to nights.
