Job Description

This company is rapidly expanding their business and now are searching for a full-time Maintenance Technician to
sustain their growth. They are looking to add an integral member to their family who enjoys the small company feel in a big segment, where every day work comes from the heart and soul.

This position will support all production/facility equipment during normal operation, you will perform preventive maintenance on all equipment, and maintain facility in top condition. You will also support the day-to-day issues that come up with the production machinery and equipment, making sure the operator stays up and running. You will also work on special projects, like getting the facility ready for new equipment installation and assisting with that.

They need someone with strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience on cylinders, bearings, pneumatics to go along with some basic electrical knowledge (they use outside resources for heavy electrical work). You will also be the facilities maintenance technician, keeping up to date service and replacement data files for equipment and machinery, being able to communicate the need for major repairs to lighting, heating, and ventilation equipment to the appropriate manager.

You will need to routinely inspect and maintain the building and installed systems, including but not limited to packaging machinery, plumbing systems, coffee equipment, roofs, drains, shop, and grounds. You will perform minor and routine repairs including but not limited to painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, and other related maintenance activities.

This is a second shift role that works Monday thru Friday, 230pm to 1130 pm, but you will start on day shift (10am to 7pm) for the first 6-8 months, doing OJT to learn all you need to know to keep their packaging equipment and coffee roasters up and running. Their thriving online consumer business is off the charts as they release new roasts, origins and flavors, new packaging formats and brewing techniques for fans to enjoy at home.

This is a salaried role (40-hour weeks), a yearly discretionary bonus. A full benefits plan, theme park perks include free access to the 4 Disney World theme parks (16 times a year with up to 3 guests per trip.)
