Job Description

Our client is an iconic American baking company operating since 1969. They are seeking military veterans to work as Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technicians in their manufacturing plants located throughout the United States. In this role, the technicians will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair the machinery and equipment used in the production of baked goods.

Candidates must have a minimum of (2) years of maintenance experience on industrial level equipment. A strong electrical skill set is required for this position as you will be troubleshooting and replacing 3 Phase motors and variable frequency drives. You must have the ability to troubleshoot and repair worn bushings, bearings, pulley/conveyor systems as needed.

1st and 2nd shift roles are available, and the plant runs six days per week.

Base salary, with approximately 5-10 hours of overtime are available each week. The benefits package is comprehensive with health, life, dental, vision, disability insurance, along with a 401k with company match, and robust PTO program. Free donuts are a perk.
