A Maintenance Technician is responsible to follow up all the company policies as described in the Employee Handbook. Perform maintenance and repair on production equipment, support equipment, and facilities.

While performing daily tasks the technician should always promote a safe environment, promptly respond to any problems while expanding equipment knowledge as a part of the company continuous improvement process.

Essential skills:

Be able to work in a Production environment alongside equipment operators

Be able to work in a Cleanroom environment alongside Cleanroom operators

- Understand and follow safety procedures
- Understand and follow Lockout Tag-out program
- Keep workbench, tools, and spare parts organized
- Perform PM and repair failures on rough polish and final polish machines
- Check hydraulic oil level
- Check gearbox oil level
- Grease bearings
- Monitor temperature sensors
- Service vacuum pumps
- Troubleshoot and repair machines
- Monitor and service lift stations
- Monitor and service cooling water systems
- Perform PM and repair failures on lapping machines
- Check oil level
- Grease bearings and central lubrication system
- Perform PM and repair all failures on wafer scrubber machines
- Set up scrubber for operation
- Inspect and replace transport belts
- Service spindle assemblies
- Service sealing and heating bars on cleanroom sealers
- Service and repair Spin Rinse Dryers
- Gauges
- Set up and calibrate 6033T thickness gauge
- Set up and calibrate 6035 resistivity gauge
- Monitor and maintain compressed air system
- Monitor compressor pressure and temperature
- Check oil level
- Service air, oil, separator filter elements
- Service and tension belts
- Service water separators
- Service filters downstream of compressor
- Monitor and maintain DI water systems
- Monitor resistivity, TDS, and conductivity meters
- Monitor RO and Recirc pressures
- Service pumps and motors
- Exchange DI vessels when exhausted
- Service filters
- Monitor and service UV system
- Monitor and maintain waste treatment system
- Monitor pH levels
- Maintain acid and base tank levels
- Clean holding tanks and pH probes
- Calibrate pH probes and displays
- Monitor oxygen cylinder pressure and exchange when empty
- Cleanroom air handlers
- Inspect and service belts
- Service motors
- Monitor motor drives
- Service HVAC filters
- Clean roof drains
- Service lights
- Clean butt cans and property
- Check and service emergency lights

$26 - $30/hour plus benefits and minor overtime.
