Ready to be paid for your ability and not by rank or time in service? This position's compensation is almost entirely based on a hands-on skills assessment consisting of mechanical, electrical, and electronics knowledge and skill.
If you like to work in a fast-paced environment as a member of a team this position will be for you. Most of the machinery that you will be working on is battery operated. Working on a three-man team that is comprised of mostly veterans you will work 12-hour days with four days on and three days off. This company offer a comprehensive total compensation package which includes; competitive wages, full benefits, bonus program, 401k employer match and profit sharing and relocation if applicable.
$20 - $30 an hour all based on skills tests. Most will start at $25. If they do well in two of the four test sections.
