In this role, they are sourcing for multiple maintenance technicians with a background in either mechanical or electrical/electronic troubleshooting and maintenance skills. Mechanical grade technicians will be asked to work on all things hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, valves, conveyors and the such. Electrical technicians will need to have knowledge of motors, relays, voltage, and have the ability to read schematics & diagrams satisfactorily. They will train you on PLC's: the wave of the future in technical work.
The company is not looking for experience technicians in the food industry. Instead, the company is looking for solid maintenance technicians with a history of maintenance knowledge and accountability to help and grow the maintenance operation.
Pay Grade: depending on experience, anywhere from $25 - $30/hr + plenty of overtime + bonuses = $70k first year
