Job Description
Maintenance Technicians at the company play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of production equipment by conducting emergency and scheduled maintenance repairs, spanning mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair tasks. They also contribute to optimizing the production environment through the application of Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles. Beyond equipment maintenance, responsibilities will include facility upkeep and participation in special projects.
To qualify, candidates should have at least one year of demonstrated experience in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic applications. The ability to read electrical schematics and vocational maintenance training certificate is preferred. Physical fitness is essential, as the role requires activities such as climbing stairs, lifting fifty pounds regularly, and performing various physical tasks.
Strong problem-solving skills and multitasking abilities are important for this role, offering veterans a chance to leverage their skills and be part of a dynamic team.
