Successful candidates will have extensive mechanical system knowledge/experience and maintenance program knowledge. Pumps, motors, hydraulics and pneumatic system knowledge/experience is required. Electrical experience and/or PLC experience is a plus. You must have proven leadership and success in driving and developing teams. Knowledge of LEAN principles is a plus. Manufacturing experience is a plus.
Current opportunity is for day shift 0600-1800
Schedule currently runs 3on - 2off - 2on - 3off
Compensation for this position will include a starting salary of $22 - $24/hr. Depending on experience. Extensive overtime is available greatly contributing to your annual take-home pay. Expect $60 - $70k your first year. A full comprehensive benefits plan is also included.
