Job Description
They are looking for Maintenance Technicians for 1st and 2nd shifts in their Cleveland, OH plants.
You will be joining a global leader in technology and service for the largest tire manufacturers in the world. As a maintenance technician, you will serve on a small, self-sufficient team.
They are looking for candidates who have strong mechanical backgrounds, with a firm understanding of pumps, values, and basic electronics. The company uses PLCs, and they are willing to train providing the Candidate has an aptitude for ladder logic and programing concepts. People who are willing to work with a sense of urgency and take pride in being a part of the greater vision for a company are recognized and rewarded.
A heavy mechanical maintenance background and firm understanding of pumps, values and pneumatics will make you a successful candidate. But, even more important than that, they want a team player. This is not a plant where the words, "that's not my job" come into play, and you will regularly see cross training between teams to build individuals maintenance backgrounds, and ensure their buddies are taken care of. This is a family run company, and the shop floor runs the same way.
1st shift: 645am to 3pm
2nd shift: 3pm to 1130pm or 2pm to 10: 30pm
Base salary with minimal overtime, and a full benefits package.
