Our client is sourcing for a Maintenance Supervisors and/or a Planner to work alongside each other to manage the entire department.
They have a Maintenance Supervisor role available that will manage the day-to-day maintenance operations of their Electrical and Instrumentation technicians, about 50 technicians in total. Ideally, they would like to hire someone who has maintenance management experience on all things electrical based.
Someone who will manage the day-to-day and long-range planning/work execution goals for the team, in conjunction with the operating personnel; to ensure the targeted business results are achieved in their area of responsibility.
Also sourcing for a Maintenance Planner to work alongside the Maintenance Supervisor as a team (think someone whom has planning experience that will help split the day-to-day leadership responsibilities of the Supervisor).
- Meet all other budgetary targets for production rates, delivering the monthly budget for your area of responsibility, and improving equipment reliability and performance.
- Maintain productivity by detail planning and organization of work for day-to-day tasks and planned outages.
- Manage a diverse, highly skilled workforce in a team-oriented environment to meet the business needs of the organization.
- Resolve equipment failures or poor performance resulting in the inability to meet quality control standards in a high-paced production environment.
Work Schedule: typically, 7am-4pm, Monday-Friday. Occasional seasonal work for planned maintenance projects and outages.
$80-100k base salary depending on electrical maintenance knowledge and leadership skill level; ideally a candidate that would come in at $90k.
