Job Description
They are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor who supports and leads plant mechanical and electrical maintenance activities through planning, scheduling, assignment, and coordination of the work of employees and contractors. The Maintenance Supervisor coordinates maintenance, engineering, operations, and customers to review, plan, and implement maintenance activities necessary to maintain and better the plant's reliability.
The Maintenance Supervisor is also engaged in the work control process, planning, scheduling, inspection, testing, repair, maintenance, and modification of equipment for the Boston-Cambridge District Energy system plants, primarily Kendall Station. This is a full-time, exempt, non-union position. You will report to the Director of Plant Maintenance and this position is in Boston, MA.

Monday - Friday 6am - 2pm schedule.
Base salary, plus benefits, retirement, and a 15% bonus potential
