This is a leadership opportunity to work for an ideal company, one that has been in operation for over 100 years and is continuing to grow. If you're looking for an Operations Leadership opportunity working for a company looking for their next wave of leadership stars that is offering long-term growth potential, then this is for you. They want to hire folks who can work their way up in the company.

This client has made its mark by developing the iconic products and practical technology demanded by critical industries like data communications, aerospace, electrical, wire processing, automotive, construction and more.

They're best known for wire connectors, which have become the go-to standard for electrical connections around the world, but their innovations also touch the sky, where nearly every commercial jet flying today was made using their wire strippers. This must be accomplished in an environment where safety is first and a balanced lean' attack continually achieves and improves quality/housekeeping/service levels/productivity. This is a perfect job for a Sr NCO with a maintenance leadership background who is looking for growth opportunities.
