Job Description
As a Maintenance Mechanic you will be responsible for the safety of oneself, fellow employees, and contractors.
This position will be responsible for interpretation of drawings and manuals for the installation, repair and maintenance of complex equipment systems and machinery such as: pumps, valves, cylinders, compressors, moving conveyors, overhead cranes, and so on.
Individual must be able to troubleshoot and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems and have experience with bearings, couplings, gears, and lubrication systems.
You will be responsible for managing projects from start to completion; this will include coordination with fellow teammates, production personnel, contractors, and vendors.
The mechanic must be able to meet all physical requirements with or without reasonable accommodations to include working at heights.
They have openings on the Melt Shop and Rolling mill sides of the business for mechanics
The Melt shop is a rotating 12-hour shift position. 4 on 4 Off rotating between days and nights each week.
The Rolling Mill is on a different shift that rotates between days and nights as well, this shift will be explained to you during the process. Built in overtime to every 2-week shift.
Base + bonuses that are based on production performance.
