They will have an outlined training program in place, starting with a safety training program, as safety is something they take very seriously, most training will be on-the-job. Gears, bearings, hydraulics, millwright, and welding experience are important skills that you will need to prove you have or can be taught quickly based on your basic mechanical knowledge and skill sets.

Rotating 12 hour shifts 4 days on 4 off, 4 nights on 4 off, built in overtime to every 2-week shift.
Total compensation will be $70 - $75k including base plus production bonus. Our client also offers a great benefits package.
