Job Description
In this role, the candidate will mitigate downtime or equipment loss risk through effective preventive and predictive maintenance
- Schedule and perform complex preventative and predictive maintenance functions and equipment repairs
- Be able to use the CMMS system to accomplish daily tasks
- Write effective PMs, and inspection sheets
- Serve as lead for lube technicians (oilers)
- Learn, teach, and develop predictive maintenance tools and applications
- Development or revision of area PMs and/or predictive maintenance tasks
- Ensuring accuracy of PMs
- Work with project person to troubleshoot ongoing reliability solutions
- Identify parts needed to perform tasks and track through EAM
- Ability to use vibration analysis, ultrasound, and so on
- Willingness to cover other duties in the department, if needed
- Ensure work areas are properly maintained, clean, and orderly and tools placed in proper storage areas
- Perform other duties as necessary and in accordance with safety and environmental rules and regulations
Base salary, with built in overtime of about $10K and great benefits
