Job description:

Seeking a maintenance professional with experience and training in mechanical and electrical industrial maintenance as well as general maintenance. Looking for achievers and that don't shy away from either the challenging or the mundane tasks and projects. A history of strong teamwork focus on safety, and a process/continuous improvement mentality are a few of the key attributes the successful candidate will have. The successful candidate may not have experience or strength in all the following areas but will be willing to learn.
Mechanical: piping systems and valves, pumps, agitators, basic welding skills, utilities including steam and cooling systems, inspections.
Electrical: connect/disconnect motors, troubleshoot control circuits, install / repair lighting, motor control centers, VSDs and starters, instrumentation, basic understanding of PLCs and control systems.

General: building / facility maintenance, HVAC troubleshooting, alarm and security systems support, office lighting, company truck and equipment maintenance, snow removal, basic plumbing, and so on.

Safety, product quality, environmental integrity, and customer service are critical to the success of the organization and will be key areas the candidate will help support.

Base salary is in the $25 - $29 range depending on experience. This is a day shift, 5 day per week position. Overtime is expected from time to time before or after shift and an occasional weekend or holiday work may be required.
