As the maintenance electrician you will assist all production departments, in repair and maintaining all equipment. Duties will be to maintain all drive panels, drives, enclosures, motors, PLCs, and other electrical systems. Maintain all support equipment, reelers, tape feeders, spiral units, extruders, and water systems. Troubleshoot, diagnose, system breakdowns and make appropriate repairs. Check and replace fuses, motor starters, relays, drives, AC motors. Assist all departments with machinery breakdowns. Assist the general maintenance crew with equipment rebuild, plant shutdowns, and new equipment installations. Maintain a neat and orderly work area. Willing to work overtime when needed. Follow all safety requirements for this position. Perform all other duties as directed by management.
This is a 1st shift role Monday - Friday (7: 00am - 3: 30pm). There is a potential to be on call, but a rare occurrence. If you are called in, you are payed for 4 hours even if it only takes 30 minutes.
Pay is based on experience and will be in the $25 - $30 an hour. There is some overtime, along with great benefits.
