Technically they need someone with an understanding of electrical theory (Ohm's and Kirchhoff's Laws) and practice, automation control, and experience or the ability to learn to perform routine and corrective maintenance on: High, Medium and Low Voltage Electrical equipment including - AC Motors and Drives, DC Motors and Drives, Power Distribution, Control Systems, Wiring and PLCs (will teach PLCs), Overhead Cranes, Strong troubleshooting skills, excellent computer skills, mechanical aptitude or any hydraulic and pneumatic system knowledge is a bonus.
This is a rotating shift position that is 4 days on 4 days off, 4 nights on, 4 nights off.
First year electricians can expect to make approximately $70 - $80k with plenty of room for upward mobility in pay. Base pay will be $14.18/hr (about $29, 500) but you will receive bonuses that are based on production and team performance. They offer a great benefits package.
