MARFORCYBER Program Manager
The Program Manager will manage a cybersecurity program for our customer in the Annapolis Junction area. The PM will provide leadership to a team of highly skilled personnel in the area of Knowledge Management, Information Assurance, SharePoint and Web development, System Administration and Tier 2 and Tier 3 Help desk support.
The Program Manager will be the single point of accountability for all program deliverables and will be responsible for producing the desired customer outcomes.
The Program Manager will be responsible for understanding all contract requirements and ensuring that all contract deliverables are completed and delivered on time.
To ensure that we bring the right talent to meet customer requirements, the Program Manager will be responsible for recruiting, retaining and directing qualified and skilled personnel.
The Program Manager will be responsible for monitoring, managing and evaluating all subcontractor personnel.
To ensure that we maintain and deliver quality products and service to our customer, the Program Manager will be responsible for following GITI Quality Management System requirements and setting applicable quality standards for contract performance.
To ensure that we maintain, archive and deliver contract deliverables and maintain version control, the Program Manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a central repository of all contract deliverables.
To ensure that we demonstrate fiscal responsibility to the customer, the Program Manager will be responsible for tracking and reporting all project expenses and exercising project budget control to ensure that the tasks are completed on time and within budget.
To ensure that the customer is aware of project issues and risks and our avoidance and mitigation strategies, the Program Manager will be responsible for tracking, reporting and mitigating risk items associated with schedule, scope and resources.
To ensure that we comply with Government audit, reporting and quality standards, the Program Manager will be responsible for monitoring and managing time sheets, doing staff appraisals, facilitating training and growth opportunities for project staff. Mentoring and guiding staff and ensuring compliance to quality standards on a continuing basis.
To ensure that we leverage all available resources to meet requirements, the Program Manager will be responsible for identifying, acquiring and using company resources to ensure project success and customer satisfaction and loyalty.
The Program Manager will comply to all project reporting requirements as required by the customer and as stated in the PWS - Typically this includes Status rep.
