Leadership Development Program
This LDP will let you "try-out" each of these roles during the program. Once you identify your top civilian career paths, Yates will place you there for your first full-time position! You will then be mentored to grow throughout the company into top leadership roles!
This Leadership Development Program is part of the company's commitment to developing talent with a structured mix of challenging work experiences, cross-company movement, mentoring relationships and interactions with leaders throughout the company.
The LDP program is designed to accelerate the participant's development as a professional and potential leader in the company. The program allows the participant to rotate throughout the different divisions and affiliated companies to gain first-hand (in-depth) knowledge of all aspects of the business operations within the organization.
At each rotation, the participant, will develop a set of skills and build relationships that will benefit them as they progress throughout the company and their career at this company.
This is the first iteration of this program! You will be leading the way in future leadership thought within the company.
The program will be managed by the COO and multiple VP's of the company. These include veterans.
This is a one year program where you will rotate assignments every 30-45 days.
These assignments will be in AL, FL, GA, TN and MS. The company will pay for your lodging while on assignment.
Pay will be based on experience. The range is very wide. It can be $70 - $90k base salary with project completion bonuses. The real value is the long-term career path of this role. The company wants someone who can become a future leader of the company.
