-This position is vital to learning the company for the inside out. You will learn the materials needed to produce Greystone products. You will work closely with vendors and clients. This position works closely with the engineering, operations, and quality department. The purchasing manager participates in monthly meetings with the General Manager, CEO and owners.
-This is a face to face sales position traveling to client sites across the country. Travel is between 30-50%. These are mostly established clients. Clients ask the company to bid on projects. The company will draw up diagrams and submit the bid to the client. Your job is to then present the bid and ask any questions. You are the person responsible for bringing home the win. This is a business development/account management role. There is no cold calling in this role.
- This position will manage the 24/6 operations of a plating plant. The plant made up of over 100 rotary, single, and multi-spindle ferrous metal turning machines. To start, there will be 5-6 direct reports including shift supervisors, program managers and maintenance personnel. Indirect reports include over 100 machine operators and support personnel. The individual will work closely with a second operations manager who handles second operations and customer scheduling. This is a high visibility position with upward mobility based upon performance.
2nd Shift Supervisor:
- This position is the leadership development role for the company. The last person we placed at the company was in this role and he has been promoted. The first half of the shift is a pure production supervisor role with the backing of the day crew. They second half of the shift is running the whole plant on your own.
