Junior Officer Leadership Development Program
You will start in Supply Chain Operations. The company will be looking at candidates who have a stellar education, experience in Supply Chain/Logistics, and the runway to grow into high-level leaders within the company. They expect to learn your functional area for roughly 12-18 months before growing into the next phase of development within the company. The goal is to take the employees with the most potential and develop you into their corporate leadership roles at the business unit or corporate level. Many aspects of this program will be pulled from their MBA program, just adjusted to the military candidate profile.
To be considered, you must be open to the following:
- Being able to relocate/live in a minimum of two of the following cities: Seattle/Everett, WA, Portland, OR, Chandler, AZ, or the Santa Cruz, CA areas.
- Be able to start work no later than February 2019. You can start as soon as possible after an offer is delivered. You don't have to wait until February.
- Able to physically interview on November 7th and 8th in the Seattle, WA area. (If selected, company will pay for travel.)
- Accept an offer of $80 - $90k plus relocation and possible bonus.
