Junior Officer Leadership Development Program
You will start in 1 of 2 functional areas: Operations or Supply Chain. Although the company may look at your background in the military to decipher which path may give you the best potential to grow, the company will be mostly focused on your leadership and career runway. The differences between the two paths are minimal and merely starting points in the company. They expect to learn your functional area for roughly 12-18 months before growing into the next phase of development within the company. The goal is to take the employees with the most potential and develop you into their corporate leadership roles at the business unit or corporate level. Many aspects of this program will be pulled from their MBA program, just adjusted to the military candidate profile.
In order to be considered, you must be open to the following:
1. Able to relocate/live in a minimum of two of the following cities: Seattle/Everett, WA, Portland, OR, Chicago, IL, Greensboro, NC, or Radford, VA.
2. Able to start work no later than July 2018. You can start as soon as possible after an offer is delivered. You don't have to wait until July.
3. Able to physically interview on April 17th in US. (Location TBD)
4. Accept an offer of $80 - $90k plus relocation and possible bonus.
