Morning, noon, and night, our client is trying to design better off-road vehicles for military and commercial customers. The company is best known for designing and producing the Humvee (High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicle), a light tactical truck that performs military logistics, combat support, disaster relief, and other roles for the US armed forces and allied forces in Iraq and Afghanistan, as well as for NASA. In addition to its Humvees, they manufacture diesel engines through subsidiary General Engine Products and automatic transmissions through General Transmission Products.

They are looking for a Capture Manager who identifies the resources needed to pursue a business opportunity; oversees bid strategies, pricing, teaming, and proposal strategies; and manages the transition from business opportunity to proposal development to award. The Capture Manager reports to the business unit leader and must achieve unprecedented levels of capture process quality and increased competitiveness by insuring interdependent, timely and streamlined execution of the capture/proposal process. Accountable for capture leadership of an assigned portfolio of opportunities. Identifies targets of opportunity; qualifies identified opportunities; develops Capture and Win Strategy for qualified opportunities approved by Executive leadership. Leads large, complex, strategic and high dollar value capture efforts to secure new or re-compete contracts, or task order business. Acts on behalf of the executive sponsor for the opportunity. Accountable to shape and win opportunities through balanced focus on customer, competitive environment, and the company's best interests. Your territory is the Middle East/Asia Pacific although you can be stationed near any airport in the united states depending on how much training you need. If more training is needed, you will start in South Bend Indiana.
Must be willing to travel 60% of the time to International Territory. Must be comfortable with foreign policy- MUST be able to complete Sales/Acquisitions
