As an Underwriter, this position offers a continuing variety of tasks. Underwriters work with our clients (that is, insurance companies) in assessing individual risk and related volatility, by utilizing data research and rating models. Underwriters negotiate the transfer of risk, pricing, and terms and conditions directly with the client. Underwriters are provided the opportunity to travel and meet face-to-face with clients.
On the marketing or sales side, Underwriters strive to build lasting relationships with their clients. Marketing efforts include a variety of touch points, including client entertainment, industry events, meetings/presentations, and written communication.

The company provides Underwriter Trainees with a high level of authority, productivity and empowerment early in their career.
