The Hiring Manager is prior Navy, and looking for folks strong Mechanical backgrounds and basic electrical skill sets (need to be able to look at schematic and understand and know ac / dc voltage at basic level).
Travel is extensive in this role - you should expect to be on the road most of the time and home every other weekend. You will support installs in North and South America. A passport not needed but good to have.
Hourly pay is $18 - $20 but with overtime and a generous per diem policy (worth approx. $23k annually) you'll see $80 - $85k total compensation annually. Per diem is $55 a day and $75 on weekends.
Growth prospects from this role are applications engineers, project management, and so on, and they promote based on skills, not degrees.
You will need to live anywhere within driving distance of Dayton or Cincinnati Airport.
