Job Description

The Technical Service I position will be responsible for the daily customer communication via telephone, email, or web service requests, regarding any service, claim, delivery damage, or demo bed-related concerns, and reporting them through the company's internal support systems, while also assisting in troubleshooting and diagnosis.

The company's clients are hospitals around the country. You will also work with the field service team to help with troubleshooting.

This is a Monday-Friday 8 or 830am to 5 or 530pm role. The location is a suburb of Charlotte. This is a great area and work-life balance.

You will work in the same office with your team, supervisor, and the Director of Operations. They are a close-knit group that has monthly team-building events, mostly BBQs at the Director's house.

Base salary, with some overtime available and full benefits.
