Technically they need someone with an understanding of electrical theory (Ohm's and Kirchhoff's Laws) and practice, automation control, and experience or the ability to learn to perform routine and corrective maintenance on: High, Medium and Low Voltage Electrical equipment including - AC Motors and Drives, DC Motors and Drives, Power Distribution, Control Systems, Wiring and PLC's (will teach PLCs), Overhead Cranes, strong troubleshooting skills, excellent computer skills, Mechanical aptitude or any Hydraulic and Pneumatic system knowledge is a bonus.
This is a brand new mill that is just going up and running. You will start on day shift but eventually this will be a rotating shift position that will more than likely be 4 days on 4 days off, 4 nights on, 4 nights off.
