Must also be able to fluently read electric and hydraulic diagrams as needed to perform the above repairs or to assist remotely with a repair via email and phone. Additionally, strong computer skills are needed to access online documentation and to upload software to electronic interface components.
All of the above tasks are to be performed either at the Company's location or at client's location; the candidate must be willing to spend up to 100 days a year traveling throughout the US (only). The travel to client's location via service truck might be combined with trailering of new units for delivery, thus, prior experience in towing light duty, non-CDL, trailers is a plus. The candidate must possess a valid driver's license and a passport as a two-week trip to our factories in Italy and Denmark is required for machine specific training.
