Our client is currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee their entire maintenance team and programs at their Marion, AR site, conveniently located on the border of Arkansas and Tennessee, often referred to as West Memphis. At their plant, they specialize in producing high-quality automotive components, including rear axle assembly for Tundra, knuckle and upper control arm for Tundra and Sequoia, suspension components for Sequoia, frame side rails for medium-duty trucks, and engine connecting rods for diesel engines. Their diverse product range keeps things dynamic and engaging.

Their facility encompasses various crucial processes, including stamping, machining, welding, painting, roll forming, and assembly. With over 380 major machines and an impressive 500, 000 sq. Ft. Of production space, you'll find yourself immersed in an environment that thrives on innovation and efficiency.

There are currently two maintenance leadership roles open at this site.

1. Maintenance Manager: you will take on a range of responsibilities, including scheduling equipment maintenance workloads, implementing preventative and predictive maintenance strategies, and providing cross-functional support to all departments. Collaboration with manufacturing, engineering, and facility teams will be essential for driving modifications and design enhancements. You will also play a key role in training and preparing work schedules for their talented Maintenance Technicians and team members on your shift.

Additionally, you will interface with all departments to address facility schedules and troubleshoot complex issues. Maintaining a stock of repair parts, lubricants, coolants, and other essentials will be part of your role. 2. General Manager of Maintenance: is responsible for the entire maintenance program for the plant. You will have multiple maintenance managers reporting to you.
