Field Service Technician
This critical customer-facing role is a great fit for a mature maintenance professional that appreciates the challenge of trouble-shooting and can organize preventative maintenance on-schedule. The day to day role is to visit customer sites and perform preventative maintenance, upgrade systems and provide specialized training to customer maintenance and operations teams.
This position is self-scheduled with critical prioritization required on demand should a customer's equipment fail. Ability to accurately assess the maintenance problem, analyze fault, and communication solutions accurately to the customer is a must. Also, integrity and honesty in all interactions.
This team is leading the industry through service and they understand that this in no small part due to their excellent service team. The team installs and maintains "state of the art" car wash automation and technology. They are looking for long-term team members interested in growing with the company!
Working hours: Monday - Friday typically 9: 00am - 5: 00pm reporting from home. 50 hours guaranteed per week and everything after 40 hours is at time and a half overtime.
Locations: Work from home from the following areas:
- Baltimore, MD (report from home within a 30-45-mile radius)
- Report from home anywhere between Roanoke, VA (preferred) to Hagerstown, MD
