Field Service Technician

Job Description
They are seeking multiple Field Service/Installation Technicians to be based in the New England/Pennsylvania/NJ/NY area who will travel in their designated territory and will provide on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks for clientele. You will also teach the customers how to use the equipment.
You will travel, (about 80%), by air or car throughout your territory, Monday through Thursday, and be back home Friday.
They are looking for a self-starter to deliver the desired customer service experience. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention, and increases profitability.
Base salary, benefits, and a $20K bonus potential. Commissions if you sell a product. All travel is paid for.
There will be 1-2 weeks at the corporate office in Chicago, IL, and another 3-6 months traveling with an experienced tech to learn the business. They will pay for your EPA certification.
