Job Description

Our client is US based, employee owned, leading manufacturer of American-made vertical hydraulic lifts and chain-driven mechanical lifts that are used in a wide variety of material handling applications throughout the world.

They are hiring CONUS based Field Service Technicians to perform equipment installation, start-up, testing, service, and support at various client sites throughout the country.

Ideal candidates will have experience with high voltage, variable frequency drives, a solid mechanical skill set, and a client facing disposition. Experience with troubleshooting PLC is not a requirement, but this will make you a top tier candidate.
This is a high travel, dispatch from home role. You can expect to be on-site with the customer Monday through Friday and be home on weekends. You can live anywhere in the US but must live within the Milwaukee metro area or withing one hour of a major airport. Some travel to Canada may be required. You will not have a set service territory and your service calls will be client location dependent.

The technician team is a small tight knit unit with many serving out their entire second careers post military service with this company. It is a great career destination. Technician training is of highest priority and your compensation will grow with your skill set and seniority.

Compensation: Salary is based on your qualifications. Overtime is 10 hours a week on average. Technicians are eligible for an annual performance bonus and employee stock ownership options. The benefits package is excellent with health, dental, life, disability, 401k with match, and wellness programs. Benefits start the first of month following 30 days.
