Field Service Technician

Job Description
This is a travel role. You will travel to client sites to help train its operators and technicians on how to use and maintain the new truck mounted concrete pumping systems. The pumps are installed at the service center. Then delivered to the client.
You will be onsite with a client for an average of three days. This is for training and rapport building. The sales team makes the sale, but the field service team maintains the relationship. If you are not traveling, you will be working/training at the service center.
Strong hydraulic and pneumatic experience is key, along with the ability to read schematic and wiring diagrams. Strong communication skills are important as you will be training people, as well as meeting with business owners.
