Field Service Technician

They have two different business segments for which they are currently hiring. One business line covers conveyor equipment, while the other is focused on high tech food processing equipment.
The Field Service Technician position reports to the Service Manager and works closely with sales managers, engineers, and operations leaders to ensure customer expectations are exceeded with every assignment. The candidate travels to customer sites to perform planned services, troubleshoot issues, make repairs, recommend spare parts, and provide upgrades/modernizations.
You will deliver total equipment lifecycle management services including installation, start-up/commissioning, preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, audits, and training. A qualified candidate will be self-motivated, self-disciplined, professional, energetic, positive, and be able to perform in time-critical and intensive work environments.
There is 80% travel for both divisions, mostly Monday? Friday.
Base salary, overtime, per diem, full benefits, a 401k. A company vehicle, with milage reimbursement, or all travel covered. You will work from home once you are trained.
