Field Service Technician
- Review performance reports and documentation from customers and field representatives; and inspect malfunctioning or damaged products to determine the nature and scope of problem.
- Analyze, review and inspect findings to determine the source of the problem, and recommend repair, replacement, or other corrective action.
- Coordinate problem resolution with engineering, customer service, and other personnel to expedite repairs.
- Provide remote and on-site technical assistance to help troubleshoot and repair equipment.
This is primarily providing technical triage; usually over the phone, with a small amount of hands-on.
$60k - salary + company bonus
