Job Description

The Field Service Technician is the face of the company. While having a strong technical and electronic background, the Field Service Technician must also be a positive reflection of the company to client representatives at Major League Baseball parks, National Football League stadiums, NASCAR raceways, and other sporting venues. The team would like you to live in the greater Chicago metro area, and you will travel as far as a 500-mile radius of Chicago. You will normally be traveling Monday-Friday, with hotel stays and meals covered by the company.

In the role, the candidate must be willing/able to work at heights of up to 200 feet.

- Perform maintenance, repair, and inspection of equipment and product
- Install control products on new or existing projects
- Coordinate time frames for vendors, equipment, and other resources for assigned projects
- Maintain consistent communication with the Field Logistics Manager
- Provide leadership to crew and coordinate issues with vendors and customers where project management responsibility has been assigned
