As a Field Service Technician, you will be the face of the company. You will be assigned to one of two primary product areas that support different customer bases. One is focused on technology used to create circuit cards (they make the robotics that help create circuit cards.) The other is the technology that is used in the cutting of metal using laser/CO2 systems. Although the products are different, the core of the job is the same.

You will be the primary point of contact to install, repair, and maintain the equipment at key customer locations across the US and, in the future, around the globe. You should have a strong background in electronic troubleshooting, using multimeters, reading schematics, and understanding basic electronic theory. Although this is the cornerstone of the skills needed, you should also have some mechanical knowledge, however basic it may be. Due to the customer-facing aspect of the job, you should be a confident communicator at all levels of business.

This is a travel role. Your job will be to travel weekly to customers around the US. However, you may travel on the weekends, and if the customer is local, you can drive, and the company will pay all business expenses.

This role requires strong attention to detail, using computers and software, and advocating for the client. You represent a global leader, and you should be proud of that responsibility. The company's products are used on the battlefield and the playing field. The company's products reach from the military to the Olympics, that will only help you grow.
