Field Service Technician
You should be familiar with the basic operation and troubleshooting of these systems as their clients will be looking to you to be an expert in those areas. Your expertise will take you around the regional areas of Atlanta and Savannah to become the face of the company while establishing yourself as a subject matter expert in these areas. You should be part technical expert, part mechanic, and part customer service professional.
Your travel will be within the two regions (Atlanta or Savannah) with daily travel around these areas. Very little to no overnight travel is expected as you will traveling in a company vehicle and home at night, except for special circumstances. You should be open to being on-call (via a shared rotation) that will expect you to be available at night or weekends. However, this is a rotation and not 100% of the time. The normal business hours of this role are Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm with overtime necessary. Although there is an expected normal business day, the job is done when the job is done. Clock watchers need not apply.
Your expertise will decipher your compensation as the stronger candidates who demonstrate the highest levels of proficiency will be given a higher wage than those who are less capable. The company will develop and train you to grow with the additional technology and systems.
