Field Service Technician

Our client is seeking Field Service Engineers to work from home and live in Arkansas, Tennessee, or Missouri. Current openings for Field Service Engineers focused on highly advanced Automated end of line systems for pack handling and labeling. You will provide customer support for installed systems and will conduct new installations in food processing facilities. You will provide technical phone support as well as onsite troubleshooting and repairs. You will learn the mechanical and electrical components of complex production equipment as well as the computer control systems. You will be trained and supported by a nationwide team of techs and supervisors.

Most of your work will be on the road at customer sites with quite a bit of work occurring on the weekend. Overnight travel represents 70%+ of your work week. When you aren't on the road, you'll have down time at home and may conduct administrative business or phone support. You will have a company computer and phone and will earn per diem when on the road. Most travel will be by air so if you have customers sites within driving distance, you will be reimbursed for mileage.

Compensation is $52k base + overtime (total compensation $65 - $75k) with opportunities for raises as you grow.

To be competitive for this role you will need to have strong electronic troubleshooting skills and be great at solving problems for customers.
This is a very large team of 200+ techs in the US, so you'll have plenty of opportunity to grow. They've hired 20+ military techs in the last year - great track record of taking care of their people.
