In this position, you would be a key part of the Technical Support team, working directly with their customers to create the ultimate user experience. Build your career in an innovative, growing company by developing a working knowledge of the products and supporting our customers by solving their technical questions. A successful field service representative will be the face of the company for technical and customer service inquiries. In this position you will develop technical expertise regarding their customers products and leveraging your service skills to help our customers maximize their user experience. You will use your creative problem solving skills to resolve issues and meet or exceed customer expectations on a daily basis.
Represent the company with a professional, upbeat attitude.
Develop technical expertise regarding Lutron products, systems, and services.
Technical abilities: networking, mobile/desktop computer, and electrical theory skills. Able to understand and identify issues and be able to analyze and identify corrective action.
Communicate effectively with other areas of the company to meet or exceed customer expectations.
Take on special projects as necessary to meet or exceed the goals of our technical support team.
