Do you enjoy traveling? They are looking for a dynamic, motivated individual to support clients in their New England Region (CT, RI, MA, NY, VT, NH & ME) with quality customer service and support. The Field Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical and service support to the organization's customer base in their primary region and elsewhere as needed. They are looking for a strong problem solver with strong communication skills to represent their company at customer sites.

Main responsibilities:

- Completing 3-5 work orders per week (14-18 per month)
- Perform new unit installations and customer application training
- Perform preventative maintenance services (PM)
- Equipment repairs

Base salary with a 7% Bonus. They provide $500 month car allowance, $750 year maintenance allowance, A company credit card to put all gas, tolls, meals, and travel accommodations on (so nothing is out of pocket for the employee). Great benefits and 401k plan. Travel is roughly 2-3 overnight stays per week. Looking for candidates to be with 1 hour to hour and a half from Shelton, CT.
