Field Service Engineer
This position supports all service level agreements by providing email support, recommending system improvements or upgrades, engineering support via remote access and site visits, and troubleshooting of equipment in a timely manner with utmost professionalism and customer service.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Provide maintenance troubleshooting and problem solving in a timely and efficient manner, empowering customer satisfaction. Contribute to hitting the company's service sales target. Generate sales and profit by capturing and developing the need for after-sales service, refurbishment and associated activities. Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts. Manage and develop powerful relationships with assigned customers to facilitate business delivery.
