The company is targeting a candidate with a strong technical background in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical systems with heavy experience in various electro-mechanical systems.

The candidate's core responsibility will be to supervise and provide technical advice to clientele in the erection, check out, start-up, and troubleshooting of equipment and systems. You will interface with various functional groups of the Company (particularly Engineering, Applications and Quality), and heavily interface with clients and mill management. This position requires you to perform the following: Capable of working independently in customer mills with minimal support. Uses technical knowledge of equipment operation and construction in supervising the customer in erection, check out, start up, and troubleshooting of equipment and systems. Conducts equipment operation testing and uses discretion when recommending corrective action. Supervises customer personnel in the proper installation, operation, and maintenance of equipment. Understands the progression of systems, and how each area impacts the overall system when an area(s) fails to operate properly. Extensive travel is required. Occasional weekend and holiday, and being on-call for 24-hour emergency service support is necessary

Expected compensation is $75 - $80k per year. They offer a comprehensive benefits package to include PTO, health insurance, and 401K retirement options.

Strong mechanical troubleshooting background. Must be open to 80% travel.
