Field Service Engineer
The candidate must have basic electronics qualifications, and can demonstrate good troubleshooting skills. If you were an ET, Avionics Tech, Fire Control Tech, Helicopter Electronics tech, and so on, then you're a fit!
Training: full on-boarding process. 2-3 weeks training at one of the facilities in the US, China, or Brazil; then follow a more senior rep until you're fully trained up. They are looking for folks that have basic electronics troubleshooting experience that they can train into the role.
Travel: 60% travel, mostly down the East Coast. They are a Monday-Friday company, so little to no weekend work. Think 2 weeks out of the month on large projects where you fly to locations to run service on equipment, while the other two weeks you do regional travel (150-mile radius) where you're home each night!
Pay: $70 - $80k base salary + overtime for any weekend work you want to do + full benefits package
