As Field Service Technician at this company you will be primarily responsible for maintenance activities on our Uninterrupted Power Systems along with their associated equipment. Other responsibilities include and are not limited to providing assistance through supervision during assembly and disassembling, testing, and commissioning of systems. You will also be required to provide and direct general assistance where needed. The position will be focused on complete customer satisfaction by ensuring contractual obligations are met and equipment down time is minimal.

Supervision, mentorship and leadership by example are key responsibilities required at this level. The Service Technician will be under the direct supervision of the Regional Service Manager (RSM). In the event you are designated as a Senior Service Technician and assigned as a lead technician for a project, you will have supervisory responsibility of the technician team but will report to the Project Manager (PM).

Location: Ideally west of Atlanta Metro area but they are flexible for the right candidate in the Atlanta Metro area. (You will travel a lot to Alabama hence west of Atlanta.)

Working hours: Monday - Friday with occasional work or on call duties some weekends. Home most every night.

Travel: Day to day travel throughout the region with little to not overnight travel.

Compensation: $27 - $30 per hour (guaranteed 40 hours per week) + overtime at time and half - 10-30 hours overtime (Time and a half = $20 - $40k additional compensation in overtime) + Full Benefits + Cell Phone + Laptop + Company Car + Fuel Card + Test Equipment + Tool Allowance.

Must be a Nuke EM or Army 12P. Local travel only with voluntary out-of-state travel opportunities. 50-60 hour work week and home every night.
