Have you got what it takes? This company is looking for a proven customer focused technician with specific experience in installation/repair services and preventative maintenance. You should not be scared to troubleshoot independently and are confident to work without supervision. You are someone who enjoys working from the road and embraces a variable schedule. You have a desire for continuous learning and improvement and enjoy collaborating and supporting your colleagues. The skills for this role should be focused on Electro-Mechanical. The job will require experience in troubleshooting a wide range of areas including electrical motors, plumbing, compressors, HVAC systems, and so on. The company realizes they will have to train in some areas to develop you into a great technician for the team.

The Field Services team provides high quality installation services and preventative maintenance. Their technicians are customer focused and able to convey instructions clearly and with ease in person and over the phone. You will be responsible for the company's client base in the US Eastern seaboard.

Weekly travel in your region is expected 80% of the time; some nation-wide travel may be required to support the other regions. A valid driver's license is required. You can expect 50 hours per week during the busy season.

Your daily activities include: Install humidification and water treatment systems according to specifications. Maintain and repair existing systems using factory procedures. Operate and maintain inventory for company owned service vehicle. Accurate and timely completion of required service reports and customer paper work upon completion of each job will be critical.

In order to physically complete the job, you should be comfortable with frequent standing, sitting, bending, kneeling, reaching, stooping and lifting of heavy objects up to 50lbs. You will regularly work in restricted spaces and exposure to elements, that is, outdoor installations. In some instances, you will have occasional aerial work (climbing ladders, roof top or scissor lift).
