The sales representative role for this company is one that is actively engaged in the daily business of the company. The Field Sales Representative is a leveraged position with compensation designed to enhance daily productivity. The compensation is uncapped. The Field Sales Representative is required to travel to oil companies around the Midwest.

The duties of the Field Sales Representative are to maintain and grow the relationship with customers to produce revenue, and establish new customers. This is done with in person sales calls, phone calls, emails, letters, and any other communication method appropriate for professional conduct. The Field Sales Representative will deliver tools to customer's shop locations and pickup tools from customer's shop locations as necessary.

General duties of the Field Sales Representative include:

- Maintain and expand client base
- Expand market penetration
- Build relationships with customers and prospects to gain their trust
- Call on existing customers
- Prospect for new customers
- Conduct sales calls daily in customer offices
- Produce quotes and reports
- Report sales activities as required by management
- Provide field sales information for sales forecasting
- Cross-train in all product lines
- Complete forms for all delivery, pickup, transfer of tools
- Responsible for providing technical support to operations and sales for all product lines
- Responsible for defining and communicating product development needs and defining local applications and issues
- Available to customers 24 hours a day
