Field Management Development Program - Service
The Service (Maintenance) Supervisor will have the ability to lead and direct performance of field operations for all maintenance and contractual service. Areas of responsibility include: Field education, route control, manpower scheduling, authorization of repair orders, technical support to our field personnel, lead safety program, responsibility for expenditures of labor, material and other resources. Candidate must be a proponent of using the maintenance software and be an active participant in the EH&S program. If not already familiar, you will become familiar with maintenance methods and progress, customer satisfaction as per contract and specification requirements. You will manage a team of expert repair technicians who maintain old and new elevators in your assigned metro jurisdiction.
